We pay our respects to the Cammeraygal and other First Nations peoples who have walked and cared for this land for thousands of years.

Our studio is dedicated to helping you find peace, tranquility, and deep relaxation through the practice of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. With Yin’s long-held, passive poses and the deeply healing, guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra (offered monthly), you’ll connect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you.

In Yin Yoga you will be guided through gentle stretches and poses, inviting you to release tension, let go, and sink into stillness. Immersed in our serene bushland setting, you’ll experience a grounding connection to nature and a sense of inner calm.
